CAPI and Internet Studies
Part of our technological resources, we have the infrastructure for developing CAPI (Computer Assisted Personal Interview) studies as well as online interviews.
This type of interviews are conducted face-to-face with the respondents with the aide of a portable computing device which contains the questionnaire. Fieldwork progress is updated daily via Internet.
This allows us to have up-to-date information in order to effectively supervise and control the project's progress. Our clients can access the information online via a password-protected webpage.
On the other hand, online interviews are conducted when the study's objectves suit it, for example, interviewing sales representatives for a Detail Follow - Up type of study, or interviewing customers on Internet cafes.
