Promotional Impact
The objective of this study is to compile promotional materials and strategies for desired medicament classes and evaluate their impact on physician's prescriptional behaviour.
The added value of this study is to gather both the promotional material and strategy along with the physician's opinions on them.
The methodology is:
- A panel of MDs is established, who will compile the promotional information and materials that get delivered to them by the pharmaceutical sales representatives, in order to obtain:
- The promotional material
- Type of material:
- Informative, for MDs or patients
- Gifts
- Events invitations
- Type of material:
- Amount of visits by each pharmaceutical company
- Brand place in their promotional mix
- The promotional material
- A report is generated monthly. It includes detected promotional strategies and materials. This report is uploaded to a secure webpage on our website protected by password, whic is provided to our client.
Furthermore, it includes:
- Physician's opinions regarding the promotional activities specific to each brand
- Assesment of the most impacting strategies for modifying physician's prescriptional behaviour
- Amount and characteristics of sales representative's visits for each product
- Amount and picture of each promotional material received by the physicians
